Though I may die, I shall be graceful

Been carrying around in my suitcases three small wrapped canvas waiting to be butchered by my inferior painting skills. So today, I finally decided to do something about it. Based on a previous wristlet design, I succumbed to Nature and painted this dying olive green cherry blossom set against an aquamarine world. I find it peaceful, I guess.

How lovely it would be to die under a cherry blossom such as this.
(hmm wonder if I can recreate a similar setting for a photo shoot. HMMM, indeed)

Oh, yes, those are the obligatory sequins glued in there, acting as the spunky cherry blossoms!

I like how the branches goes over the edges! I've wanted to try and paint on canvas but haven't dared to do it yet :P
What paint do you use? Acryllic? Oil?

I sent you a package on Monday so you should receive it sometimes next week :)

I used acrylic paint (too lazy to work with oil). And you should def paint! I painted this one spontaneously one afternoon.
