Swing away
This is Halli and she is uber awesome. She modeled for a quick fashion shoot I did last Friday. Hopefully, my professor will ignore the fact that the image is blurry (slow shutter speed) and give me a decent grade. Or the fact that they are the only two pictures I will be bringing tomorrow, out of at least three different sets I am overdue.
And that brings me to the next point at hand and something I need to finally admit.
I cannot craft while I am at school. Simple as that. Spring Tote Bag is still waiting to be completed and other pieces of fabrics are just laying there. I do not have any enthusiasm to work on these once I come back from class (and from riding to a million places along the way). I'm just too tired. And quite frankly, I don't care. Well, I do, but I'm doing my best to not get anxious or frustrated because I'm not being able to fill up my online store. Not to mention the hectic stress that is Mutation is coming up pretty soon.
I am graduating in about 7 months. Maybe after I get outta here and find a job somewhere (like, oh I dunno, NYC) Star MAgnolia can become a mighty superweapon. But right now, I will just do things as my body demands. Luckily, my letterpress goods are quick and easy to make, so those will definitely still be popping here and there.
I have a photo shoot based on Star Wars in the next couple weeks. Sorry Star Magnolia, but you'll understand if I spend more quality time on my actual photography portfolio (that will eventually lead me to some good money) than on you.
